  1. Payment Terms
    Our invoices are payable on delivery in person. Payment must be made in full at the time of product handover unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment at the time of delivery may result in the order being withheld or canceled.

  2. Product Quality and Sales Policy
    All products sold by Orca Byte undergo strict quality control checks to ensure their reliability and performance. Once a product is sold, it is non-returnable and non-replaceable. By purchasing, the client accepts this policy, acknowledging that no returns or replacements will be processed.

  3. Performance of Services
    Orca Byte commits to delivering services within the agreed-upon timeframes. However, Orca Byte's obligations are based on best efforts, not guaranteed results. Orca Byte cannot be held liable for any third-party claims against the client resulting from end-consumer issues.

  4. Claims and Disputes
    Claims regarding products or services must be made in writing within 24hrs of delivery. Claims must be submitted via email.
